Putney Classes Start on the 30th January

In this course we will learn a beautiful flowing sequence of traditional qigong. Over the weeks we’ll take a deep dive into each movement and look at the details needed to promote healthy qi circulation in the body. We’ll learn how to combine breath, movement and intention to balance yin with yang and feel at our best.

Using movements rooted in traditional Chinese practices, qigong balances our energy system and gently moves, stretches and strengthens the body. Blood flow and energy flow are harmonised. The mind becomes tranquil and peaceful. It is like a meditation in movement.



In qigong practice, we balance the flow of qi in all of the meridians (energy channels in the body), which promotes optimum health in body, mind and emotions.

Most of the movements are done standing up but all can be adapted for sitting on a chair.
